    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a Front Desk Assistant Manager / MOD to oversee the operations of the front desk area in our organization.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the front desk staff, managing schedules, handling guest inquiries and issues, and ensuring smooth operations.


    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Proven leadership abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
    • Monitor and manage the front desk schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
    • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
    • Oversee checkin and checkout procedures to ensure efficiency.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
    • Assist with developing and implementing front desk procedures and policies.
    • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise at the front desk.
    • Stay uptodate on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
