Realty Specialist - Banning, United States - Morongo Band of Mission Indians

Description

Perform a variety of specialized and technical duties in support of the Real Estate Department. Receive, process and assure accuracy and completeness of documentation concerning ownership, land transactions, rights or ways, and leases. Process loan applications and loan documents for the Native American Home Loan program. Work closely with the Utility Planners to insure proper rights of ways and timely installation of utilities. Ability to interpret policies, regulations and statutory acts affecting Tribal Lands.


Requirements

Any combination equivalent to:
Two (2) years experience in Real Estate environment and/or Bureau of Indian Affairs or related experience. Minimum of three (3) experience in Title/Escrow/Realty and preferred knowledge of loan processing, deed transactions and rights of ways. Knowledge of Title, Escrow, Loan Processing Legal Land Descriptions and Mapping, Microsoft Excel and Word, and Database Management.
