Overview:
Holley Performance Brands is a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-performance automotive products. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders received via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the internal order management systems
- Maintain customer contact records in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and service requests.
- Use RingCentral to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Route complex questions or concerns to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in HubSpot for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and consistent service delivery.
- Provide backup support to fellow Customer Service Representatives as needed.
- Perform light administrative support (digital filing, document updates, reporting).
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1–3 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a call center, office, or sales support role.
- Experience with RingCentral and HubSpot CRM (preferred).
- Strong data entry and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
- Strong keyboarding and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic with a "do what it takes" mindset.
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of Syteline a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
