Qualifications
- Proven experience as a NOC Supervisor Digital Operations Center Manager or Supervisor of Incident Management
- Strong background in real-time incident management crisis response leading cross-functional bridges Hands-on experience with JIRA Confluence Bitmovin New Relic Postman Experience supporting live streaming digital media consumer-facing platforms Excellent leadership communication skills coordinating across internal teams external vendors Skilled in creating runbooks scheduling leading teams in high-pressure environments Flexibility to work evenings weekends varied schedules aligned with live event needs Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Broadcast Media Production Distribution Technology Information Media IT System Operations Maintenance
