    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology or similarTypically has - 8 years in developing innovative, technical productsPossesses project management skillsets and experience, ability to gain consensus, make decisions and escalate in a timely and clear fashionWorking knowledge of software development processes including the ability to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests for software products, set software product release schedules and create software product forecastsKnowledge of several software development life cycle methodologies; Agile SCRUM is desirableCertified Product Manager is desirableResponsibilities:
    Reviews current internal systems and platforms and makes recommendations to the backlog to implement feature updates or bug fixesResearches market trends and creates product requirements documents, which capture business reasons for new ITS products or servicesEstablishes core knowledge of industry norms and stays abreast of latest developmentsUnderstands key technologies and platforms, integration best practices and incorporation of third party APIs and open source/reusable componentsDevelops internal relationships with Product Owners to facilitate product implementation throughout other divisionsCollaborates with cross-functional teams to establish initial product buy-in and with quality assurance and project management to facilitate acceptance testing of releasesWorks with communications to develop user guides, training and training schedules for different stakeholder groupsParticipates in the planning for future changes to products and servicesAnalyzes product metrics post release to proactively identify and optimize to user experience and product performanceResponsible for product development of internal systems, tools and platforms supporting operational capabilities within ITSEnsures customer-driven design, considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge to deliver a well-positioned productDrives product requirements and feature roadmaps from concept through deliveryIdentifies key opportunities for improvement, as well as development of technical or process enhancements to increase operational efficiencies, or reduce costs associated with the use of internal toolsAnticipates industry and product trends, capability prioritization and tradeoffs, balancing business needs versus technical and resource constraintsCommunicates portfolio and project updates to managers and stakeholdersDevelops content for marketing collateral and supports training to ensure successful product launchMay own product portfolio and drives product strategy and direction for ITS-led initiativesOccasionally leads the analysis of feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other aspects of the product portfolioOccasionally develops and manages the process for communication and partnership with all stakeholders through interactive sessions or technology toolsOccasionally launch planning and implementation, including beta and acceptance testing, pilot programs and user trainingMay provide feedback, support and coaching in sprint and release plans ComplexityOccasionally works on highly-complex technology solutions or manages product portfolio that require in-depth knowledge across multiple business or system-wideMay be viewed as an expert and provides knowledge and counsel to othersServes as a project team memberEducation:
