Responsibilities: provide managerial technical leadership for Data Management group within Dept Biometrics Data Science coach grow direct reports build team collaboration productivity ensure all data management activities supporting clinical trials delivered high quality meeting timeline oversee DM vendors datadcollection vendors deliverables maintain mutual respect strong collaboration examine effective efficient data review cleaning process prepare database lock leading multi-functional effort participate thorough data review serve lead Clinical Data Management one two clinical programs as needed provide input protocol development regulatory filing dossier as needed responsible for budget creation management invoice review create procedures processes delineate accountability responsibilities different functions involved in clinical trial collection review cleaning create necessary SOPs guidance ensure compliant from standpoint related documents compliant TMF Partner with Biostatistics Statistical Programming colleagues build organization mutual trust strong collaboration achieve common goals
