    Delivery & post-journey supportCompensation and Benefits for a JourneySurrogates with Nascency earn between $55,000 - $100,000+ in base compensation,paid in monthly installments once pregnancy is confirmed - plus up to $10,000 inadditional benefits, including:

    • Monthly personal allowance
    • Housekeeping and childcare support
    • Medical and legal clearance bonuses
    • Prenatal massage and wellness support
    • Maternity clothing allowance

    • Be between 21–40 years old
    • Have had at least one successful pregnancy with no major complications
    • Be a U.S. resident in a surrogacy-friendly state
    • Be in good physical and mental health ready for a pregnancy for anotherfamily
