    We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Entry-Level Group Travel Coordinator to join our travel team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, logistics, and working with people.

    You will assist in organizing and managing group travel arrangements for corporate, educational, or leisure clients, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Support the planning and coordination of group travel bookings, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and activities.

    Assist with preparing detailed group itineraries and travel documentation.

    Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm logistics and special requests.

    Track and manage payments, deposits, and deadlines for group members.

    Respond promptly to client inquiries, changes, or issues with professionalism and accuracy.

    Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets for each group's travel arrangements.

    Help manage rooming lists, manifests, and other essential group documentation.

    Monitor group travel policies and ensure compliance with budgetary and scheduling requirements.


    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred.

    Strong interest in travel planning and event coordination.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to learn booking tools and CRM systems.


    Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
    Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or customer service.

    Familiarity with group travel booking platforms or GDS (e.g., Sabre, Apollo).

    Experience working with schools, corporate clients, or group tour operators.

    Bilingual abilities or international travel experience is a plus.
