    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage guest relations
    • Offer excellent service to current guests
    • Schedule maintenance and property preparation tasks
    • Maintain communication between internal departments, vendors, and contractors

    Qualifications:

    • Customer service experience
    • Strong computer skills with programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google family
    • Availability to work weekends and evenings

    Schedule:

    This is a full-time position located in Orange Beach, AL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business needs. Working evening hours, weekends, and some holidays is required.
