- Supervise a team of analysts and oversee the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects for the company.
- Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
- Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis.
- Compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports.
- Provide financial models and forecasting.
- Prepare forecasts and analysis of trends in sales, finance, business conditions and other related areas.
- Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to executives.
- May perform other duties as required by business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- High energy with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to face complex issues head on, work through challenges, and implement changes to build a stronger organization.

- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team with diverse personalities.
- This position is expected to work eight-hour days, Monday - Friday and may include additional work on nights and weekends as needed to fulfill the job duties.
