    Job Summary:


    The Wealth Solutions team provides consultative financial planning strategies to financial advisors who are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their wealth management goals.

    As a Wealth Solutions team member, you will consult with financial advisors and their clients regarding overall wealth management products and services; and lead large projects with a significant business impact involving cross-functional teams.

    We are looking for a confident, poised and approachable person to join the team to provide indispensable service to our Financial Advisors and clients.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as an educational and technical resource to manage the complexities of significant wealth, including estate, tax and charitable planning; business succession and exit planning, executive compensation and retirement solutions for individuals.
    • Assist in the utilization of financial planning software to provide planning guidance for financial advisors and their clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors and provide consultative education of wealth management services and products to support asset retention and growth of new assets.
    • Educate financial advisors on the benefits of wealth management products and services for their clients.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to provide comprehensive recommendations for the financial advisor, the client and the client's legal and tax professionals (e.g. attorney or CPA).
    • Participate in developing strategy and communication resources, as well as home office visits and public speaking activities.
    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Knowledge of:

    • Wealth management/ brokerage industry.
    • Advanced principles of banking and finance and securities broker/dealer operations.
    • Advanced concepts and regulations related to wealth management and financial planning.

    Skilled in:

    • Excellent problem solving skills to identify the needs of clients through effective questioning and listening.
    • The ability to research issues and confidently help advisors think through clients' planning strategies.
    • The aptitude to manage projects moving in different directions and to embrace a broad spectrum of disciplines throughout the day.
    • Articulating complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
    • Preparing and delivering clear, effective, and professional presentations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

    Ability to:

    • Identify and position the products and services brokers use in financial planning.
    • Provide a high level of customer service and commitment to a supportive and collaborative environment.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

    Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in finance or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of wealth management or financial planning experience.

    • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    • Juris Doctorate (JD), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), other combination of designations and experience approved by the hiring manager.
    • FINRA Series 7, insurance or other applicable licenses or certifications are beneficial. The ability to obtain a necessary license if needed as required by management.
