Lena's Wigs is a high-end boutique studio in Baltimore serving women experiencing medical hair loss. Many of our clients are navigating cancer treatment, autoimmune conditions, or other sensitive life transitions.
We specialize in custom, hand-tied wigs and provide a compassionate, highly personalized client experience. The way our studio operates matters deeply — precision, professionalism, and warmth are essential to everything we do.

Role Description
salon or styling position. It is a detail-driven operations and client coordination role.

The Studio Operations Coordinator manages daily front desk flow and ensures all client communication, scheduling, shipping logistics, and internal workflows run smoothly.

You will follow established systems and help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities include:
Managing appointment scheduling and front desk operations
Handling high-volume client communication (email and phone)
Processing e-commerce orders and coordinating shipping logistics
Tracking packages and managing fulfillment
Maintaining accurate CRM records and organized spreadsheets
Coordinating with internal team members to keep workflows aligned
Supporting studio events or special projects as needed
This role requires strong follow-through, organization, and professionalism in sensitive client interactions.

Qualifications
3+ years in a client-facing administrative or operations role
Experience managing scheduling, communication, and/or shipping workflows
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy
Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM or scheduling software
Professional, composed communication style
Ability to work on-site in Baltimore with Sunday availability
You are naturally detail-oriented and take pride in doing things correctly the first time.
