W2 or C2C Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive cutover plans that outline all necessary tasks, timelines, and resources required for a successful transition to the new
  SAPsystem.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of cutover activities with project milestones and objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to business operations during the cutover period.
• Lead the execution of cutover activities, including data migration, system configuration, testing, and validation, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the new
  SAPsystem.
• Maintain open and transparent communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on cutover progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure that end-users are adequately trained on the new
  SAPsystem and provide post-go-live support to address any issues or questions that arise during the initial transition period.
• Document all cutover processes, procedures, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Implement quality assurance measures to validate the completeness and accuracy of data migration, system configurations, and functionality before and after cutover activities.
• Conduct a post-implementation review to assess the effectiveness of cutover activities, identify areas for improvement, and capture feedback from stakeholders for future projects

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in
  SAPimplementation or upgrade projects, with a focus on cutover management.
• Deep knowledge of
  SAPmodules and processes, including but not limited to FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and/or HCM.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop detailed plans, manage resources, and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and change management in a complex
  SAPenvironment.
• 
  SAPcertification(s) is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
