- Previous experience in automotive repair (personal or professional) is a plus
- Ability to conduct vehicle repairs under supervision
- Proficiency in using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing tools, alignment machines, and scan tools
- Must have the necessary tools for repairs
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Hold and keep an active Automotive Technician State Inspector's license
