BGSF is representing a locum tenens physician staffing firm in Dallas/Fort Worth area seeking to hire Manager of Corporate Learning & Development.
Role responsible to drive training & development within the organization, partner with recruitment leaders, work with HR on compliance training, schedule training, track attendance, and deliver some general training.
Hybrid work model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
