Description of work to be done & project name to work on: (If necessary, attach additional description of work.) Be specific such as: create emails to clients using mail merge, tracking invoices, and managing budget, creating new databases, and setting up new projects, data entry.
Client is recruiting for a Training Specialist who will design, develop, and facilitate training and learning programs for all levels of staff at TSO, including but not limited to:
• Mandatory training
• Learning management system documentation
• Employee manual development
• Users guide and instruction preparation
• Leadership management training
• On-boarding training
In addition, the resource shall perform the following responsibilities:
• Conduct and prepare needs assessment and analysis.
• Manage program training surveys.
• Supervise program evaluations to ensure program facilitation and documentation.
• Facilitate training in person (ILT) and/or virtual instruction using MS Team video conferencing platform.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge and application of (Cornerstone) learning management systems, Adobe Captivate, and HTML.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing course materials.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and successfully collaborate with both technical and non-technical users, professionals, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Strong problem solving / troubleshooting / analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability in dealing with ambiguity and competing priorities.
Education and Experience:
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Education/Training
• At least 5 years of experience in facilitating training.
