- Coordinate purchasing of items for the hotel, obtain price quotes, and ensure timely delivery.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through effective communication with other departments.
- Maintain inventory levels, conduct inventories, and ensure cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Inspect received items for quality and quantity, check invoices, and maintain internal controls.
- Prepare reports, cost summaries, and assist with other purchasing-related duties.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and assist with various tasks as needed.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and attend mandatory meetings.
- Assist with special projects and cross-training.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safety and security procedures.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
