    Retail Customer Service Associate at FedEx Office in Meridian, Idaho, United States



    Job Description Compensation:
    $17.25 per hour. This estimated salary range represents the typical pay rate for candidates hired in your area. Actual salary may vary based on your skills, experience, and comparison to other employees.


    POSITION SUMMARY:
    • The Store Consultant delivers a positive customer experience by anticipating needs, suggesting alternatives, and providing solutions.
    • Knowledgeable in print, signs & graphics, and shipping services, responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities, providing pricing information, and recommending products.
    • Operates equipment, manages projects, stocks materials, and completes tasks based on priority.

    GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Follows supervisors' instructions and assists team members
    - Provides consultative customer service in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping
    - Ensures customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing accurate information
    - Sets up equipment, maintains a clean store, processes financial transactions, and follows store procedures
    - Performs multiple tasks, seeks self-improvement, and operates with minimal supervision


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
    - High school diploma or equivalent education
    - 6+ months of specialized experience
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Must meet FedEx Office employment qualifications


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    - Ability to stand, move, lift 55 pounds, communicate effectively, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
    - Quality Driven Management seeks to deliver market-leading customer experience and optimize profitability
    - Supports Quality initiatives, suggests process improvements, and applies Quality concepts to daily activities
