    Description

    As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our restaurant. This includes ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and managing staff to achieve sales and profit goals.



    Your primary responsibilities will include:


    • Internal Service


      • Recruit, select, train, develop and evaluate restaurant employees;

      • Maintain accurate staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent;

      • Evaluate employee performance regularly and provide constructive feedback;
