Responsibilities
EDUCATION:
Master of Science degree or equivalent provision
LICENSURE:
Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio
CERTIFICATIONS:
Acute Care PNP certification required or FNP with previous PICU RN exp.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSNote frequency as Constantly %), Frequently (34-66%) and Occasionally (0-33%) for each requirement. Also note any lifting requirements with pound limit.
