    Description:
    Join our team as an Emergency Room Nurse in our fast-paced and dynamic Emergency Department. As an ER Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients in need of immediate medical attention.

    Requirements:

    • Current RN license
    • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an emergency room setting
    • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
    • TNCC certification preferred
    • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts

    Responsibilities:

    • Triaging patients and assessing their conditions quickly and accurately
    • Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
    • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Providing education and support to patients and their families
    • Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
