Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting for all locations.
Work closely with supply chain to reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Assist with monthly financial close process which includes preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations related to inventory and COGS.

Meet with Production Operation department heads monthly to review department's P&L Actual vs. Assist with annual physical inventory count and inventory observation audit.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision making.
Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and controls.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cost accounting within manufacturing is required.
Standard cost accounting experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance


TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:
~ Travel from Valencia office to Ventura manufacturing plant 1-2x per week.
