    Our client is looking for an exceptional Mid -IT Project Manager, who is willing to grow into the project management space.

    Long term Contract- W2

    Location :Houston, Downtown- Onsite- 5 days a week

    Industry: Oil and Gas -Midstream.

    IT Project Manager manages the project life cycle of a project providing project leadership including defining project objectives and scope for each phase of the project, overseeing quality control throughout the project's life cycle, acquiring resources, managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects/products according to plan.

    Essential Requirements: Experience, Educational & Special Training Required

    1. Assisting senior project managers in planning, organizing, and managing IT projects. 2. Supporting project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. 3. Coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. 4. Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies. 5. Assisting in budget management and resource allocation. 6. Providing administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling and documenting minutes. 7. Monitoring project deliverables and ensuring quality standards are met. 8. Assisting in the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies. 9. Supporting communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed about project status and changes. 10. Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the project management team.

    Preferred Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field

    3+ years of professional experiences in the management of IT infrastructure and operations projects or Applications project experience.

    A team player with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    This role typically requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
