Description
Location: Live on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie This city won the prestigious "All American City Award" Close proximity to Buffalo, Cleveland and Pittsburgh (within 90 miles). This is a prime location for outdoor activities (golf, fishing, sailing and boating).
Facility: A medical system that reaches out to more than 1 million people in northwestern Pennsylvania, western New York and eastern Ohio. A 400+ bed tertiary care and teaching hospital. The hospital is a fully accredited Level II Trauma Center and is the only trauma center within 100 miles. The Medical Staff has over 400 physicians representing most specialties and subspecialties and residency training programs in Orthopaedic Surgery, Neurology and Emergency Medicine.
A high volume department that performs 16,000 screening mammograms a year, 6,800 diagnostic mammograms a year and 1,000 image guided biopsies a year.
Opportunity:
Seeking a Radiologist who is proficient in all areas of breast imaging including mammography, ultrasound, MRI, breast localization and biopsy procedures. Fellowship training in breast imaging preferred. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with no call, no weekends and no holidays Employed by the health system.
Compensation:
Starting salary just shy of $400,000 with full benefits, paid CME, relocation assistance, and more
