We want you to join our team We need deeply compassionate committed and highly talented staff.The Utility Person is responsible for the cleanliness of all kitchen areas not assigned to other employees when working as a custodian Cleans all pots pans kettles and other miscellaneous tools used in food preparation when assigned to pots areas
- Keeps the food service area clean and sanitized according to Board of Health regulations
- Washes all kitchen wares pans utensil and returns to proper location
- Operates dishwasher and ware washers and keeps them cleaned and descaled routinely
- Daily removes trash cardboard from building throughout shift
