    Job responsibilities:
    Perform mental status assessments and monitor behavioral health symptoms over time.

    Maintain clear communication during handoffs to support continuity of care.

    Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.

    Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.

    Implement safety measures and follow established protocols for risk assessment and escalation.
