Northtown is currently looking for Sales Associates, at multiple brands, to present and sell new/used vehicles to customers while also creating an amazing customer experience and meeting the dealership standards relative to gross profit and volume.
This position also translates very well to applicants who have previous worked in a retail setting and want to take their career to the next step.
Pay Structure:
This is a commission based pay plan that ranges from $50,000 - $100,000 / yearSchedule:Monday - Friday: 9am - 7pm availability required Saturday: 9am - 5pm requiredDays off would include one weekday and every Sunday
QualificationsQualifications:
Valid, and active, Driver's License requiredPrevious, successful, customer service experience is requiredPrevious Sales experience is preferred, but not requiredThe basic ability to calculate figures and amounts such as add, subtract, calculate discounts, interest, commission, and percentagesExceptionally strong communication skillsAbility to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
