We are seeking an experienced Masking Specialist to join our Finishing Department in Blaine. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing parts for painting by precisely masking surfaces to ensure high-quality coatings and finishes.

- Mask parts and components according to work orders and engineering drawings
- Apply tape, paper, plugs, and other materials to protect critical surfaces
- Inspect masked parts for accuracy and quality
