Job summary

The Event and Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for supporting attorneys staff and clients across all of firm's offices events meetings lunches. The key focus will be to provide on-site setup food beverage service for in-office meetings events support to Event Hospitality team event RSVP tracking vendor research meeting event setup breakdown.

Responsibilities

  • Daily maintenance conference rooms calendar tracking meeting set ups with food beverage office service needs.
  • Maintains Event Hospitality spreadsheets RSVP lists upcoming events assists filing MS Teams joint outlook inboxes participates pre- post-event production.
