  • Yes – must cover X-ray within scope

Assignment Guidelines

• Local Candidates: Not accepted
  • Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• RTO Restrictions: Based upon request
• Guaranteed Hours:
  • 70 hours per 2 weeks
  • Traveler may be called off for one 10-hour shift per 2 weeks

Housing & Vehicle Requirements (Provided by Facility)

Housing

• Facility-provided housing in typically 1-bedroom apartments
• Available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start and no later than 24 hours after contract end
• Pets not allowed
• Housing intended for the traveler only; additional occupants require facility approval
• Unit must be cleaned upon departure or additional cleaning fees will apply

Vehicle

• Facility-arranged vehicle provided for assignment duration
• Available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start and no later than 24 hours after contract end
• Only the traveler may operate the vehicle
• Traveler must provide:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of insurance
  • Personal auto insurance including rental car coverage
• Vehicle use limited to "around town" and within a 30-mile radius
• Off-road use prohibited
• Vehicle must be turned in during any time off and reissued upon return
• Optional tire chains available at an additional cost billed to traveler
• Vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank of gas
