We are looking for a Member Services Representative to join our team This position will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members prospective members and guests.We are committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business
The Member Services Representative will be responsible for handling all front desk related activities including answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various questions checking members into the system taking prospective members on tours signing up new members calculating rates and monthly payment amounts assisting the Club Manager in counting out the drawer as needed facilitating needed updates to member accounts responding to member questions and concerns in a timely professional manner elevating as needed maintaining the neatness cleanliness of the club completing daily assigned tasks helping complete priority cleaning list each day periodically walking around bathroom checks helping complete any special cleaning projects as other duties based on club needs.
