Atrium Landscape is a Women-Owned Business with an extensive experience in the commercial, private, and municipal market. We are a fun, casual, and collaborative workplace that is passionate about the construction industry and growing our business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure a new project has a seamless transition from the awarded phase into production.

In this fast paced environment, this candidate is comfortable organizing and prioritizing multiple jobs simultaneously. This candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.

In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on tasks that require attention to details and accuracy in the information they distribute.

This candidate will need to be proactive in problem solving and communication.

Responsibilities
This position will directly support Project Managers during the post awarded construction phase of a new project
Organize project information within our internal data systems and prepare necessary documents for clients

Submittals:
Prepare product data, shop drawings, subcontractor info for submission into clients for all active commercial jobs.
Maintain submittal logs throughout the entire process until final approvals

Materials procurement:
working with vendors and manufacturers to manage lead times, purchasing, and staging of deliveries

Plant procurement:
working with nurseries to manage availability, tagging, photo submittals, purchasing, and staging deliveries
Maintain a tracking system for procurement of all construction materials by job
Maintain and update Job status reports
Assist superintendent and project managers during various stages of the construction process.
During course of project assist in reviewing and verifying quantities and unit prices of subcontractor work orders
Assist with Punch List items and project close out

Qualifications
Plant Identification / knowledge
3-5 years' experience in the landscape industry preferred
Knowledge of construction techniques and industry best practices
Excellent communication and organization skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
