    Your Responsibilities


    As an Automotive Technician, you will:

    • Utilize your knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
    • Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
    • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
    • Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
    • Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
    • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns.
    • Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

    What You Bring


    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve guests.
    • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
    • Excellent automotive diagnostic skills.
    • A strong investment in your tools.
    • The ability to flag 30+ hours per week, depending on shop needs.
    • ASE A1-A8 Certifications (preferred).
    • Capability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
    • Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
    • A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
    • A desire for long-term career development.

    Physical Requirements


    In this role, you will need to:

    • Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds.
    • Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
    • Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
    • Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
    • Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
    • Drive manual transmission vehicles.
    • Efficiently navigate a computer.
