    The Human Resources department seeks a Human Resources Manager, Benefits & Compensation to play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution and management of foundational processes for our HR operational initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of working closely with internal and external partners to offer expertise in consultation, process development, and project oversight for HR operational programs. This includes, but is not limited to, compensation, benefits, and HR Information Systems (HRIS). In addition to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering top-notch HR services, this role provides the flexibility of a telecommuting schedule (twenty-four hours on-site and two days remote) and;

    Essential Functions:

    • Develops scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes such as benefits administration, HRIS integrations and systems, onboarding, and employee development programs.
    • Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis and assessments of current organizational effectiveness, identifying opportunities and recommending necessary changes; manage the development and implementation of organizational effectiveness strategies that support the company's business objectives.
    • Use change management strategies to guide the organization through transitions in structure, processes, or systems, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations; contribute to HR team efforts to capture and share standards, best practices, external benchmarking, and innovative practices related to benefits, HR technology, and processes.
    • Provides leadership and coaching to core staff responsible for benefits administration, HRIS systems, and HR operations to ensure a highly productive and effective work environment; establishes goals, and regularly monitors performance to provide feedback for development.

    4. Relationship & Interpersonal Skills – Cultivates interpersonal rapport and trust, both up and down, by exhibiting consistency and reliability; demonstrated awareness of others' needs, listens for issues or conflicts and coaches' others to relevant and meaningful solutions.
    5. Influence – Communicates and writes proficiently to gain others' support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions; articulates clear rationale in discussion of the benefits and drawbacks of various options, is assertive while exhibiting flexibility.
    6. Integrity - Exercises diplomacy and discretion in dealing with highly sensitive, complex, and confidential issues and situations.
    7. Leveraging Technology - Effectively uses and generates information electronically integrates technology solutions and systems.

    Required Education, Training and Experience**:

    • Six years of increasingly responsible human resources experience, with at least two years of experience in a supervisory or program management capacity, and any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
    • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in business administration, human resource management, organizational development, or a closely related field.

    Preferred Education, Certification, and Licenses:

    • Master's degree in business administration, human resource management, organizational development, or a closely related field.
    • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CBP, CEBS, CCP, or PMP designation.

    The hiring salary for the Manager, HR Operations is a minimum of $117,475.

    Pay Range for the Manager, HR Operations is $100,406 to $160,650.
