- Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center
- Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
- Sell Mathnasium Program to potential customers/parents using a combination of e-mail, phone, and face-to-fate interaction.
- Drive local awareness of Mathnasium offerings through market development initiatives.
- Promote Mathnasium through collaborations, partnerships, events, media coverage, and PR.
- Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
- Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans
- Provide amazing customer service by building relationships with families
- Ensure that every customer, student, and family receive exceptional service throughout their journey at Mathnasium.
- Lead, Motivate and Manage employees
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Be a good human.
- Strong math fundamentals at least through Algebra II
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality, attention to detail, and reliability (seriously).
- 2+ years of prior sales/customer service experience
- Available to work Monday - Friday from 12pm to 8pm.

About Us
Mathnasium is a Math Learning Center that teaches math in a way that makes sense to K-12 students. Our mission is to empower kids to gain confidence in their math knowledge and improve their overall math education. Salary is $40K/year + performance bonuses.
