Description
National, multi-entity company which manufactures and installs garage doors seeks Chief Financial Officer reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
CFO is responsible for providing:
·
Financial and operational processing, reporting and analysis
·
Managing operational and capital budgeting processes
·
Managing the Company's commercial insurance and bonding programs
·
Overseeing contract administration functions
·
Contributing to company-wide IT functions and human resource functions
·
Assisting the CEO and the Presidents of each Company Affiliate with long range strategic plans for the Company.
Other responsibilities and expectations:
·
CFO takes a leadership role in safeguarding firm assets and maintaining shareholder value from a financial standpoint
·
Provides financial and operational reporting and analysis to technical and administrative management, Board of Directors and shareholders
·
Directs operational and capital budgeting, planning and forecasting process
·
Manages the Company's commercial insurance and bonding programs
·
Maintains primary banking relationships, including negotiation and management of credit facilities and a relationship with external CPAs, independent auditors for the firm and the retirement plan
·
Manages financial aspects of company-wide facilities management, including lease negotiations and capital improvement issues
·
Provides management of and financial input to merger or acquisition discussions/transactions
·
Provides financial analysis in regards to new product strategies and products
·
Prepares and reviews Financial Statements and monthly financial reports
·
Performs a Balance Sheet Account Analysis on a regular basis
·
Manages the company-wide annual budgeting/forecasting models
·
Contributes to strategic planning regarding corporate data systems and human resources including annual benefits renewals
·
Oversees company-wide IT functions, including network administration and corporate systems applications.
·
Employee is expected to travel as needed to the Company's various national locations
.
