    Responsibilities

    • Team Supervision: Manage a diverse team of 8 to 15 members, fostering a supportive and dynamic environment.
    • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train customer-focused team members, supporting their career development.
    • Safety and Motivation: Foster a safe environment for customers and staff while promoting team growth.
    • Sales Growth: Boost sales on all shifts, maintaining high standards in the store.
    • Store Management: Ensure the store reflects our brand image and is stocked with fresh products.
    • Expense Control: Utilize proactive strategies to manage store expenses.
    • Sales Programs: Implement and oversee all company sales strategies.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states
    • Retail and/or Food Management background.
    • Willingness to work any shift as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
    • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings and various stores.
    • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
    • Customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
    • Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
