    Your role is pivotal in revolutionizing the way restaurants operate, shaping the future of the industry while enjoying an exhilarating journey of professional development and achievement.

    Job Responsibilities

    Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer success matters including product education, escalation, retention, and expansion
    Collaborate with the sales team to ensure knowledge is shared throughout the sales, implementation and onboarding process
    Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and proactively drive satisfaction
    Proactive outreach to identify and upsell new opportunities to customers where applicable (Active Partner Program)
    Work with the sales team and clients to complete and submit sales agreements and related documentation
    Educates customers of new

    products/features/enhancements/marketing

    strategies
    Will escalate sales opportunities to ensure maximum value is being received
    Regularly visit customers to work outside field sales needs
    Maintain detailed notes and records within our CRM when onboarding new clients or supporting existing clients
    Must maintain an intense attention to detail while inputting sensitive business information and critical account settings
    Make customers voices heard by providing feedback to client services team on client issues
    Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales Team
    Primary contact for contract renewals/resigns

    Job Requirements

    Restaurant experience preferred
    Ability to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
    2+ years of account management, sales, customer support, customer success or similar
    Excellent social skills, project coordination and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as, with outside clients and vendors
    Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
    Strong familiarity with customer service
    Microsoft Office, CRM experience desired
