    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Projects Lead to join our team in Philadelphia, PA, for a contract role of 6 months or more.

    As an Oracle Cloud Projects Lead, you will be responsible for supporting various modules including Project Financial Management, Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application configuration for Projects modules and a strong understanding of Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules, approval workflows, conversions, integrations, and reporting.


    Responsibilities:

    Application Configuration for Projects Modules:

    Configure Oracle Cloud Projects modules including Project Financial Management, Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to meet business requirements.

    Configure Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA)

    Rules:
    Define and configure Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules to ensure accurate project financial management and accounting

    Configure Projects Related Approval Workflows:
    Design and implement approval workflows for project-related transactions to streamline processes and ensure compliance

    Define Functional Specifications:
    Work closely with stakeholders to define functional specifications for conversions, integrations, reports, and testing related to Oracle Cloud Projects

    Support/Lead Workshops and Application Demos:
    Conduct workshops and application demos to gather requirements, demonstrate system capabilities, and gather feedback from stakeholders.

    Capture Requirements and Complete Deliverables on Time:
    Capture and document business requirements accurately and ensure timely completion of deliverables as per project timelines

    Excellent Communication and Organization:
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Maintain organized documentation and project artifacts.

    React Quickly with Little or No Oversight:
    Demonstrate the ability to take directions and react quickly with little or no oversight, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities

    Specific Skills Required:
    Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Cloud Projects modules.
    Understanding of Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules and approval workflows.
    Experience defining functional specifications for conversions, integrations, reports, and testing.
    Strong communication and organizational skills.
    Ability to lead workshops and application demos effectively.
    Capability to capture requirements accurately and deliver on time.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Projects implementation and configuration.
    Successful completion of 2-3 Oracle Cloud Projects implementations.
    Excellent understanding of project financial management principles and processes.
    Oracle Cloud certification(s) preferred.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
