    The Role:

    We are in search of a Finance and Operations Manager who will support our needs as a scaling organization. This role is perfect for an experienced finance professional who is eager to manage daily financial tasks but is also looking to contribute to broader operational strategies. You'll work closely with executive leadership, bringing expertise and insights that support growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and maintain financial models and budgets, track performance, and inform strategic decisions to align with our company's vision and goals.
    • Generate detailed financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors, partake in strategic conversations, and prepare communications for investors.
    • Lead the complete invoicing process, from issuing invoices to ensuring follow-ups, to secure robust cash flow and prompt payments from customers.
    • Manage customer and vendor contract lifecycles, maintain a detailed contract database for organizational accuracy and access.
    • Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and support the sales and customer success teams with contractual management.
    • Oversee procurement, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and adherence to budget for vendor services, supplies, and equipment.
    • Execute annual finance and operations projects, including valuations, tax compliance, and investor confirmations, meeting all regulatory standards and deadlines.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial management and operational strategies. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced qualifications such as CPA or CMA.
    • 5+ years of experience in finance and operations, with a preference for backgrounds in the SaaS or technology sectors.
    • Strong track record in financial operations, including invoicing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Exceptional communication skills for articulating financial concepts to a varied audience.
    • Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities with evidence of contributing to business growth.
