    Description

    Now hiring for an Indianapolis Service Specialist.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform data entry of customer/client applications (50 or more a day once fully trained)
    • Update and maintain data in the company archives
    • Compile and verify information and sort that into the proper data source
    • Generate reports on customer/client data
    • Provide assistance, as needed, for technical support

    Qualifications:

    • Must have experience operating and navigating between multiple screens and software systems
    • High School Diploma required
    • Must have strong data entry and typing skills
    • Must have strong attention to detail

    This role would be in office for the contract to hire period but could transition to remote, if the person was interested in working remotely after being hired.
