Our doctor team includes 8 general dentists, and we are looking to add a pediatric dentist to an already thriving pediatric practice. We have 18 years of working collaboratively with our dentists, and have never had a dentist leave our company except to move away from the area with their spouse. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a pediatric dentist in our Eugene pediatric dental office. You will be responsible for providing dental care to pediatric patients, including performing examinations and diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and conducting procedures such as fillings, extractions, etc. You will also be be responsible for educating patients with oral hygiene and preventative care, collaborate with the dental team on patient care plans, and ensure the highest standard of dental care is delivered. The practice is fully staffed with every role, it just needs you as the dentist to take care of patients. We are happy to allow you the autonomy to practice how you want

Compensation

Our compensation is easy to calculate. You will start with a $20,000 signing bonus ($10,000 at first pay period, $10,000 after 12 months). We provide all the necessary roles to help you succeed, including assistants, schedulers, billing/collection, and marketing. No matter what your experience, we put patients in the chair for you, and provide training for all the equipment we utilize to take the best care of them. We offer base pay between $250,000-$350,000 (depending on experience) or 35% of production, whichever is highest. We care about our dentists and want to make it very rewarding to work with us We have an office fully staffed with amazing professionals with decades of combined experience. Our pediatric office has over three months of patients already scheduled, including GA cases. Based on previous years' production, expected compensation can be greater than $500,000. Qualifications

• Valid license to practice dentistry in Oregon
• Successful completion of pediatric dental residency and be in good standing with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
• Experience in performing pediatric dental procedures, including general anesthesia cases, as well as managing a busy patient schedule
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop relationships with patients and their support
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry
• Patient-oriented mindset and focus on delivering exceptional patient care
• Experience with dental technology and software
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
