Summary:

The Engineering Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the Executive Vice President of Engineering and facilitating the smooth operation of the engineering team.

This position involves executing technical development, testing, and support functions to bolster product development efforts while coordinating various administrative functions within the engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Development and Testing:
Collaborate with the engineering team to execute technical development tasks in alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Conduct thorough testing and analysis of prototypes, components, and products to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing innovative solutions to improve product performance and reliability.2.


Administrative Support:
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation related to engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for engineering team members as needed.3.


Project Coordination:
Support project managers in organizing and tracking project schedules milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;Interest and/or experience in technical development, testing, and project coordination within an engineering environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
