    Job Description:

    Strategic Engagement Coordinator

    The Strategic Engagement Coordinator will be integral to the Intelligence mission of ensuring the security and resilience of national defense assets. The role involves coordinating and facilitating assessments, which are critical in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities within defense critical infrastructure and systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assessment Coordination: Facilitate the planning and execution of activities, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all defense critical assets (DCAs) and infrastructure.
    • Strategic Analysis: Provide strategic analysis of vulnerabilities and mitigation recommendations to enhance mission assurance.
    • Risk Management: Work with installation and mission personnel to identify risks that may lead to mission degradation or failure and recommend risk reduction strategies.
    • Briefing Development: Prepare briefing materials and reports for senior leadership, highlighting assessment findings and strategic implications.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies in line with evolving threats and technologies.
    • Security Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the highest standards of security and confidentiality as outlined in organizational policies

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with DTRA operations and familiarity with JMAA processes.
    • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
    • Professional certifications in risk management or emergency preparedness.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    ● Education: Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Military Science, Engineering, or a related field

    ● Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in defense-related assessments, security operations, or emergency management.

    ● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

    ● Required Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated understanding of the DoD's operational environment and mission assurance principles; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex information; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
