    Description

    The Research Associate 3 (RA3) will plan, assist, and conduct highly independent research, upon approval of the Principal Investigator, studying glioblastomas.

    The RA3 will monitor and maintain all in vivo experiments.

    Manage and perform lab operations including daily and routine maintenance of lab equipment and instruments and lab safety inspection and management.

    Test and evaluate methods and protocols for research projects.

    Analyze, summarize and organize collected data together with the Principal Investigator and junior faculty; draft, edit and revise reports and manuscripts for publication in professional journals.

    Purchase and/or recommend purchase of lab supplies, reagents and new equipment for research projects.


    Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the RA3 will generally be responsible for the scientific operations of the laboratory, working with senior lab staff in conducting scientific experiments and, training junior level staff members.
