- Assess individuals' communication skills and implement speech and language treatment based on established goals, in individual or group settings.
- Serve, communicate, and consult as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain detailed records and compile written progress reports and treatment plans as needed.
- Evaluate need and type of augmentative communication devices and provide guidance and training to parents/guardians, teachers, and/or caretakers on the use of needed devices.
- Participate in ongoing treatment meetings, as well as staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Master's degree from approved school of hearing and speech-language pathology
- Illinois license in audiology or speech-language pathology.

Based out of St. Louis, MO, Therapy Relief at Hope has provided services to individuals with for over 30 years, including speech-language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and music therapy. Our therapists support ongoing learning, growth, and success while providing a safe and supportive environment for all.
Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope, the Speech & Language Pathologist provides and oversees speech/language therapy treatments in a variety of environments to assist clients to attain, improve, or maintain their maximum level of functional movement.
