    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    ContractBehavior Technician for School Year

    ProCare Therapy is looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team for the remainder of the school year and will have the opportunity to renew for the school year.The selected BT will be hired on as a full time contracted employee through ProCare Therapy for a school districtlocated in Fairfield, CA.

    Caseload:

    • Full time: 32.5hours per week
    • Monday - Friday
    • Early release on Wednesday's
    • Hours: 8:00 - 3:00
    • Last day of school: 6/6/2024
    • 1:1 and classroom support
    • Elementary caseload: Kindergarten
    • Following behavior plan and collecting data for BCBA
    • 40 hour RBT course required

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
    • Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
    • Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team and communicate effectively with families.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of conduct..

    Qualifications:

    • Active RBT certification in California
    • 40 hour RBT course required
    • ABA certification
    • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

    Interview Process:

    • 10 15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
    • 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
    • Offer is typically within 24-48hours of the virtual interview
