- Scheduling and assigning daily tasks for maintenance and emergencies.
- Providing training on plant systems.
- Overseeing communication and maintaining equipment efficiency.
- Coordinating work to minimize disruptions.
- Ensuring proper training and completing special projects.
- High school diploma and valid MA state license in Electric, HVAC, or Plumbing.
- Three to five years of experience as a licensed tradesman.
- Knowledge of mechanics, tool usage, and ability to read blueprints.
- Physical ability to climb stairs and lift over seventy pounds.
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
- Exposure to various hazards and work off-hour shifts.
- Compliance with safety procedures and hospital regulations.
- Some overtime and providing own hand tools may be required.
