- Manages creation and updates to system documentation in accordance with regulatory, financial, legal, and departmental requirements. Develops standards, policies and procedures to guide developers and technical support personnel.
- Manages the application development budget, tracks expenses, and optimizes resource allocation to maximize productivity.
- Collaborates with adjacent managers, agile delivery leads, product owners, and business stakeholders to establish clear communication channels and ensure alignment on project goals and delivery timelines.
