    The Impact Youll Make in this RoleThe IT Quality organization is seeking an IT SAP Integration Manager to manage all aspects of SAP integrations at 3M.

    As an IT SAP Integration Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.


    Here, you will make an impact by:
    Managing the integration support/architecture/governance from concept to completion for EA ERP Releases, top IT projects, and mainframe harvest.

    Integration Connectors and supportConduct regular reviews and audits of existing system integrations and architectures to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

    Plan, manage, implement, support and/or monitor SAP integration solutions and middleware for on-premises, cloud or hybrid scenarios.

    Run technology experiments to create new platforms and services and integrate the best of these into steady-state operations for the organization.

    Assist with the development of an implementation plan for the modern Enterprise Architecture Integrations and execute based on strategy, requirements, and the varying IT strategies for project delivery teams.

    Formulate, translate, advocate, support, and execute EA integration strategy to achieve the organization's targeted outcomes.

    Develop an enterprise application integration roadmap and lead the analysis of the future-state capabilities as well as both the current and future IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement to drive the business forward.

    Effectively guide external Service Integrators/Providers and internal architects in the implementation of the strategy, providing guidance and reviewing architecture plans and designs to ensure methodology, best practices, and standards as well as the overall quality of the solution, vision, and conceptual design.


    Future scope of the role/ Integration:

    Provide the value addition with business process streamlining to fit in with upcoming strategies like multi-instance, accelerated SAP, MDG unification with BPs.

    Become key player in the progress towards the end state especially the migration of legacy systems like WMS, SIS, DCMS, IOMS, COMS and harvesting once stabilized.

    Minimize middleware footprint to avoid key points of failures and enhance the strategy by utilizing the BTP features like cloud platform integration and subscription services strategy.

    Implement integrations leveraging the enhanced services like Odata-Fiori integration and Subscription models with direct vendors that would help with Published APIsDesign future integration to avoid the bottlenecks in middleware/legacy systems (like global code look up) and utilize SAP systems as central library.

    Focus on sophisticated technologies and platforms that contemporary SAP implementation utilize for optimization and streamline of SAP business process specially through S4 in unison with RISE, CPI, BTP ..

    The future for 3M integration should be to thrive towards such a seamless process, less prone for performance issues and code events.

    Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

    Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)Five (5) years of leading SAP Integration activities in a private, public, government, or military env ronment.

    Ten (10) years of SAP IT experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

    Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)Ten (10) plus Years of experience in SAP Integration technologies.

    Cross functional knowledge of SAP modules.
    Strong written & verbal communication skills.
    Experience coaching, advising, and training others to ensure testing standards and procedures are followed.
    Proven ability to identify, focus, and own, high priority projects to manage delivery to project timeline.
